DESCRIPTION:Join us for a run that will help save lives and change yours. The St. Jude Macomb to Peoria Run is an annual charity event benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Since 2001\, our runners have trekked the 90 miles from Macomb to Peoria annually\, raising $1\,913\,530 along the way to further the lifesaving mission of St. Jude. This is more than a running event — this is a chance to contribute to the mission of St. Jude\, to create lasting memories and to form and strengthen friendships with your fellow runners. Just as it takes every member of our relay team to make it all the way to Peoria\, it takes the help of countless people working together to support the treatments and research of St. Jude. We run in groups\, relay style and you choose how much or how little you run. You can even participate as a volunteer. The kids of St. Jude need you. Join our run family! This program offers little ones the chance to create monthly projects or to simply follow their own creative investigations through clay. Each month we’ll embark on an adventure into basic building techniques that get tiny hands moving\, making\, and imagining through clay. Young artists will also explore exciting surface design processes\, painting with a wide range of colors\, and hands-on glazing. DESCRIPTION:Maximum of 14 participants per 1-hour workshop \nTime: 12:00 – 1:00 pm and 1:30 – 2:30 pm \n  \nJoin us in the studio this month as we create our own geode crystal bowl! In this workshop\, we’ll learn how to transform a flat slab of clay into a bowl filled with texture and sparkly melted glass! Please make sure to wear clothes that can get dirty.
