DESCRIPTION:Wake up with the sun through an energizing yoga flow. Flow through sun salutations\, heart openers & accessible poses to awaken the body. Leave feeling balanced and ready to face the day. All levels are welcome!\nJoin certified yoga instructor\, Jenna Clayton\, at 7 AM at Veterans Park to start your day. Must be ages 15+ to attend. All sessions are 45 minutes long and are cash donation based with 100% of the donations going to Jenna.\n– No registration necessary\, but please arrive a little early to sign in and find your perfect spot (all attendees must write in the sign in sheet)\n– Bring a towel or mat\, drinking water\, and your cash donation may be deposited in the donation box at the front of the class.\nRain dates for each class will be the following Saturdays.
