DESCRIPTION:The WIU Sustainability Committee and WIU Catering by Sodexo are hosting a Farm 2 Fork dinner\, and we hope that you will join us! We are raising money to install solar-powered lighting and charging stations at a bus stop in town that is frequented by both local patrons and WIU students. \nMenu:\nAppetizers – Bacon Popcorn\, Cheddar Basil Bites\, Fruit Bruschetta\nSalad – Kale Salad with Honey Vinaigrette\nEntree – Your choice of Chicken Roulade\, Grilled Pork Chops\, or Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers\nSides- Au Gratin Potatoes and Roasted Vegetables\nDessert – Apple Crisp with Cinnamon Whipped Cream\nDrinks – Infused Cucumber Mint Water and Chilled Apple Cider Punch \nThe food is being locally sourced through the Macomb Food Co-op. Local vendors will be showcasing their products.
