This indenture, witnesseth
that the grantor, William H.
Kennedy, widower of Plymouth
in the county of Hancock and the state of
Illinois for and in consideration
of the sum of $450 in hand paid,
convey and warrent to George
F. Hendrickson of Lamoine Twp. County of
McDonough and the State
of Illinois, the following described Real
Estate, to wit: Bounded
as follows, beginning at the southeast corner
of the northwest quarter
of the southwest quarter of section thirty-six
in township, four north
range, four west thence north twenty-five rods.
Thence last forty-five rods,
thence south 25 rods, thence east
forty-five rods to the place
of beginning.
situated in
the town of Lamoine in the county of McDonough in the
State of Illinois, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of this state.
