The building used by this society was erected in 1868, on the northwest corner of section 11. It is 34x46 feet in dimensions, and cost $1,000. The dedication sermon was preached by Rev. Davis. The first trustees were C. P. McDonald, William Nebergall, and William Ritter. William G. Wilkins and James Wilson were added to this list in 1883. The present pastor is Rev. E. O.
